HOW TO ORDER FROM THE FLOYDSTUFF.COM CATALOG
Ordering your items from FloydStuff.com only takes four easy to follow steps. If you have any question along the way, please feel free to contact us by using the contact link at the top of our page.
Searching our catalog displays your results. At the end of each item line, you'll find a »» button that will lead you to a page with detailed information on that particular item: release information, a picture, and more. Items of interest can be ordered by clicking the ADD TO SHOPPING CART button that can be found on top of the detailed information section.
After selecting your desired items, you can check out by clicking the shopping basket link, to be found on the top banner of our page.
Step 1 - By opening your personal shopping basket, you will see a list of items you have selected up. At this point you can delete selected items or alter the number of copies you want of a particular item. By clicking the »» button at the bottom of this page, you will be directed to the next step.
Step 2 - In order to ease order facilities with FloydStuff.com, we have given each item a weight tag. This means that you are able to calculate the shipping costs for your order, based on the total weight of the items. Shipping rates (postage and packaging) are as follows:

By indicating the region to which you want your order to be send (The Netherlands, Europe, Rest Of The World) and whether you want your to be shipped by registered mail or not, our order system automatically calculates the grand total of items and shipping. An additional € 3.00 will be charged for orders requested to be shipped by registered airmail instead of regular airmail.
To prevent your order from being on its way for weeks, also meaning a much higher risk on loss or damage, we only ship by airmail via the national dutch postal service TPG Post. Over the past years, this company has proven to be a fast and secure deliverer of our items. All our records are shipped in strong cardboard mailers for records, discs and printed matter, and strong cardboard tubes for posters. By clicking the »» button at the bottom of this page, you will be directed to the next step.
Step 3 - After entering the correct region details, you will be directed to our secure ordering site to ensure a safe transaction. You will be asked to enter your preferred way of payment. We have four major payment options. The most convenient way to order your items is by credit card (VisaCard or MasterCard only), which means that we will able to process you order automatically. Card details will be handled in the most secure way and are encrypted. Another way of payment is by PayPal. By filling your PayPal account (e-mail) address, we will send you an online invoice. A third way of payment is by sending cash by post. If you choose this option, we will contact you as soon as possible. Customers from The Netherlands and the European Union can also pay by us directly by bank.
Step 4 -
After completing your order by clicking the order button, you will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail. We will process your order as soon as possible. Card orders will be charged when items are ready to ship. Your order will be shipped when your card is successfully processed or when we have received payment by paypal, cash or bank. Please note that for obvious reasons, we cannot ship upcoming orders at once, but only as soon as they are released. Special conditions apply to orders of upcoming releases, items that have not yet been released. Upcoming releases can be recognised by the release date that is mentioned in the additional information section. You can order your upcoming releases the same way you order regular in stock items. We will charge and ship upcoming releases as soon as they get in, which means your order will be split up. Example: if you order CD A, released in January, and DVD B, released in March, we will charge and ship the CD in January and the DVD in March. This does not affect the shipping rates that will be calculated the usual way (see Step 2). Please note that we only accept credit card as payment for orders including upcoming releases, unless we have agreed with you on this otherwise. By ordering multiple upcoming releases together, you have the benefit of only paying the usual shipping rate once for the whole of the order. We will charge your card separately for every time an upcoming release gets in. When ordering several upcoming releases, we will charge the complete shipping rate when processing the first item.
